I am available to discuss my range of services as well as my professional training and experiences. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC #5930), as well as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC1 #2630). I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Palliative Care Counseling, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
Behavioral Health Counseling
I draw upon my 20 years of clinical experience working with a diverse range clients in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatry, crisis teams, college counseling, mental health clinics, and rehabilitation programs. Most of this work involved the partnering with the DMH, MRC, MCB, DCF, the courts, and other licensing authorities.
Addiction Prevention Services
I have a diverse range of experience of working in Substance Abuse Prevention services, including outpatient programs, and community settings. This experience led to my completion of postgraduate training in addictions preventions services and state licensure. I have run a variety of groups for individuals struggling with both mental health and addiction issues
Clinical Supervision
I am experienced in developing and delivering a variety of MH and SA related presentations, workshops, and groups. I also have advanced training in Clinical Supervision (MCCS) from the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselor Association and have taught psychology at North Shore Community College.
